My grand father Homeopathic Dr Aziz Ali Aziz (1902-1986 AD)
 was well known homeopath of Chiniot,during his 60 years of homeopathy practice his two sons Homeopathic Dr Riaz Ali and Homeopathic Dr Sarfraz Ali also joined practicing hands of his father in year 1965. After qualifying in homeopathy ,Homeopathic Dr Mumtaz Ali Riaz joined his father,s(Homeopathic Dr Riaz Ali)
 homeopathic clinic and started examining patients under the supervision of his father and soon approached the clinical tips of 32 years of homeopathic practice. In year 1990,Homeopathic Dr Mumtaz Ali Riaz joined the Punjab Health Department and his first posting as Homeopathic Doctor was ordered in Governement Sheikh Fazal Elahi Hospital(Tehsil Heaquarter Hospital)Chiniot(Now District Chiniot).
Up to year 2011 Homeopathic Dr Mumtaz Ali Riaz examined more than 2,28,000 patients in homeopathy department and now his office is equipped with internet and computer. In addition to this in evening he is running private homeopathic clinic (Riaz Family Health Care Homeopathic Clinic) since 1987 and his wife(Homeopathic Lady Dr Abida Mumtaz) is also chiniot city,s first Homeopathic Lady Doctor practicing homeopathy full time,she is daughter of Homeopathic Dr Sarfraz Ali Azizzada.
